4. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, FanRevel will:

5. Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you can file a counter notification. Your counter notification must include:

7. Reinstatement of Content

If we receive a valid counter notification, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit regarding the material.

8. Repeat Infringers Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, FanRevel reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is defined as a user who has had multiple instances of copyright infringement claims against their content.
