These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FanRevel platform and services ("Platform"), including access to exclusive content, subscription services, and communication with creators and fans. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using FanRevel.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using FanRevel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws. FanRevel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FanRevel. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. FanRevel is not responsible for any misrepresentation of age by users.

 

3. Account Registration

3.1. Account Creation

To access FanRevel’s services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, selecting a username, and setting a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify FanRevel immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. FanRevel is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.

 

4. Content and Conduct

4.1. User Content

Creators can upload, post, and share content (photos, videos, text, etc.) with their subscribers. All content must comply with FanRevel’s Content Guidelines and applicable laws.

4.2. Prohibited Content

You may not post any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material (unless posted in compliance with content restrictions and explicit creator consent).
• Promotes violence, harassment, or hate speech.
• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

4.3. User Conduct

You agree to use FanRevel in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Platform to spam, scam, or exploit others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or personal data.

FanRevel reserves the right to terminate accounts and remove content that violates these Terms.

 

5. Fan Subscriptions

5.1. Subscriptions

Fans can subscribe to creators for access to exclusive content. Subscription plans vary and are set by creators. The fees associated with a subscription will be clearly displayed on the creator’s profile.

5.2. Billing and Payment

When you subscribe to a creator, you authorize FanRevel to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless canceled. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor.

5.3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will continue to have access to the creator’s content until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used subscriptions.

 

6. Monetization for Creators

6.1. Earnings and Payouts

Creators earn money through subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view (PPV) content. FanRevel retains 20% of all earnings for platform maintenance, payment processing, and other services. The remaining 80% is paid to the creator.

6.2. Payout Schedule

Creators can request payouts once their balance meets the minimum threshold. Payouts are processed within 7-10 business days and are subject to the processing times of the creator's payout provider.

6.3. Taxes

Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings. FanRevel does not withhold taxes on behalf of creators unless required by law.

 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. FanRevel Ownership

All content, designs, software, and trademarks related to FanRevel are owned by or licensed to FanRevel. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

7.2. User Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of the content they post on FanRevel. However, by uploading content, you grant FanRevel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content to users.

7.3. Content Removal

FanRevel reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is harmful to the Platform or its users.

 

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1. Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by following the steps outlined in your account settings. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to any content or services.

8.2. Termination by FanRevel

FanRevel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. In such cases, we may also take further legal action if necessary.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FanRevel provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanRevel, its affiliates, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FanRevel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of FanRevel are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

 

13. Modifications to the Platform
